




Job Summary: Responsible for conducting active internal sales, prospecting new customers, entering information into the system, and clarifying questions about products and services. Prospecting new customers and clarifying inquiries About the Role: Conduct active internal sales via TELEPHONE through channels such as telephone support, messaging app support, or other forms of electronic communication. Prospect new customers. Register customers in the system. Clarify questions regarding products and services. Perform other duties relevant to the position. Requirements: Prior experience working with CRM (customer relationship management system); strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team; prior experience in sales or telesales; proficiency in Microsoft Office; completed high school education. Must reside in Curitiba/PR with easy access to the **Portão** neighborhood. High school diploma required. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
