Job Summary: Grupo Pneufree is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support the acquisition of materials, products, and services, managing quotations, purchase orders, and supplier communications. At Grupo Pneufree, we believe outstanding results stem from an engaged team and cutting-edge infrastructure. **Position: Purchasing Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Support the procurement of materials, products, and services according to company demand; * Obtain quotations and compare prices and delivery times with suppliers; * Issue and track purchase orders until item delivery/receipt; * Maintain contact with suppliers for negotiations and delivery timelines; * Update product and supplier records in the system; * Assist in inventory control and material replenishment; * Monitor KPIs and generate simple performance reports; * Verify invoices and purchasing documents; * Adhere to procurement department deadlines and procedures; * Collaborate with other departments; * Receive product deliveries, purchases, and orders. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; higher education (in progress or completed) is a plus. * Experience in procurement.
