Culture that values autonomy and technical growth **Position: Senior Systems Analyst | Curitiba – PR** Rimatur Transportes is looking for a professional to fill the role of Senior Systems Analyst, working on-site at our Curitiba garage located in the Mossunguê neighborhood. You will join the team responsible for evolving our internal systems, turning business rules into efficient, secure, and reliable solutions. We seek someone curious, proactive, and with solid hands-on development experience who enjoys continuously learning and exploring new technologies. _____________________________________________________________________ **Your Responsibilities:** * Translate real business problems into simple, high-value solutions. * Develop and maintain APIs and services with a focus on quality and security. * Work with relational and non-relational databases. * Create tests, monitor deployments, and support production releases. * Collaborate with Infrastructure, Support, and Development teams. * Apply AI resources (copilots, LLMs, automations) in daily tasks. * Handle support tickets of varying complexity levels. * Design dashboards and reports to support decision-making. _____________________________________________________________________ **What We Expect From You:** * Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or another modern programming language. * Knowledge of frameworks (NestJS, Express, React, or Next.js). * Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server). * Experience in Microsoft environments (Azure, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI). * Basic knowledge of Python for automation and AI integration. * Experience with Git and best practices in version control. * Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. _____________________________________________________________________ **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Knowledge of AWS. * Familiarity with LLMs (generative AI) and copilot usage. * Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol). * Experience with messaging and real-time systems (queues, jobs, WebSocket). _____________________________________________________________________ **What We Value:** * Continuous learning and knowledge sharing. * Creative problem-solving ability. * Desire to grow alongside the team. _____________________________________________________________________ **Job Details:** * Location: Curitiba – PR. * Employment Type: On-site (CLT). * Working Hours: Business hours, Monday through Friday. _____________________________________________________________________ **Why Join Our Team:** * Collaborative environment. * Freedom to test ideas and propose improvements. * Opportunity to work with AI applied to development. * Culture that values autonomy and technical growth.
