Join us in building your future! **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility; * Primary activity: Provide Protheus support, focusing on the Tax and Controller modules; * Manage and keep the Microsiga Protheus ERP system and other supporting systems updated, whether currently existing or newly implemented; * Develop specific routines or modify existing ones in the Microsiga Protheus ERP to align them with the company’s needs; * Support, train, and guide users and area managers across various departments served by Protheus to maximize tool utilization effectiveness; * Monitor market developments and best practices to suggest process and/or workflow improvements within the company, as needed to better align with Protheus; * Meet with teams from other areas to identify new requirements; * Suggest process changes and/or ERP-related adjustments; * Conduct tests to validate new Protheus versions before deploying them into the production environment; * Provide user support to clarify doubts and deliver applicable solutions. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology, Engineering, Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields. * Over 4 years of experience with Protheus; * Knowledge of Tax and Controller modules for tax reform implementation; **Desirable (if available):** * Postgraduate degree in a relevant field; * Experience in the manufacturing sector. **About the position:** Contract type: CLT Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Work modality: On-site Work location: Curitiba/PR **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Breakfast/afternoon snack; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Education assistance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Transportation allowance; * Other benefits (maternity kit, birthday gift, discount club, etc).
