Inspection and monitoring of internal premises **Location:** Erasto Gaertner Hospital **About the Role** Perform support activities related to the inspection of the institution's internal premises and access control for internal and external customers, providing general guidance and complying with the requirements of each entrance checkpoint, prioritizing service quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Register internal and external customers in the computerized access control system; * Issue identification badges to customers, authorizing entry and passage through turnstiles and automated doors; * Prevent unauthorized persons from entering; * Guide and control the return of identification badges at turnstiles located at entrance and exit doors; * Control and organize identification badges to prevent loss; * Produce identification badges for SUS chemotherapy patients; * Conduct inspection and monitoring tasks within the institution's internal premises; * Report facility damages; * Support external outsourced security services during incidents and provide guidance; * Be responsible for the institution's premises keys; keep doors of certain sectors locked; and close other doors and windows as required; * Inform visitors, internal and external customers, and service providers about institutional procedures and regulations, guiding their movement within the facility; * And other duties pertinent to the role. **Requirements** * High school diploma preferred. * Professional training course in doorman or security guard preferred. * Minimum professional experience of 6 (six) months. **Specific Knowledge** * Customer service * Access control **Work Schedule** 12x36 shift pattern **Benefits** * Meal allowance (R$ 738.00\) * On-site cafeteria * Transportation voucher * Health insurance * Dental insurance Work location: In-person Job type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.240,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Work location: In-person
