The role involves qualifying leads, opening doors, and supporting commercial expansion within the education sector. Responsibilities - Conduct active (outbound) prospecting of schools (basic education, private networks, confessional institutions, and military schools) - Identify and qualify decision-makers (principals, sponsors, administrators) - Schedule meetings for the commercial team - Maintain and update the CRM with strategic information - Develop contact cadences (email, phone, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn) - Support the creation of lists and market segmentation - Understand schools' pain points related to security and risk management - Work toward targets for generating qualified opportunities Requirements - Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in commercial prospecting - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Analytical and organized mindset - Ability to handle targets and high-volume outreach - Bachelor's degree completed or in progress Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the education market - Experience with consultative selling or B2B solutions - Knowledge of insurance, risk management, or school protection What We Offer - Fixed salary + performance-based variable compensation - Opportunities for growth within the commercial area - Dynamic and expanding work environment If you enjoy sales, have energy for prospecting, and seek purpose, this role is for you.
