Job Summary: This professional will support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System, disseminating best practices and advising managers on procedure implementation. Apply quality tools and participate in audits **Responsibilities:** * Support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System; * Promote training and initiatives to disseminate quality practices; * Advise managers on implementing defined procedures and standards; * Organize quality-focused events and campaigns; * Develop and update flowcharts, documents, and system records; * Monitor incidents and prepare follow-up reports; * Maintain measurement instruments' certifications and calibrations up to date; * Conduct internal training sessions and guide employees; * Apply quality tools (PDCA, action plans, Brainstorming, 5 Whys, Cause-and-Effect Diagram); * Participate in internal audits and support corrective actions. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed bachelor's degree in quality or related field; * Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental standards; * Strong communication skills and ability to prepare reports; * Proactivity and willingness to learn new techniques. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including multiple advantages that value our employees' well-being and satisfaction.
