Participating in commercial events and monitoring competitors Conduct external prospecting of new customers. Identify market opportunities. Maintain relationships with loyal customers. Prepare freight quotations. Visit customers when requested. Serve customers by identifying their needs and providing necessary information about Modular's services. Monitor competitors' pricing and offerings, reporting insights to enhance sales performance. Record and process customer complaints, ensuring resolution and implementing corrective and/or preventive actions. Support collections activities. Participate in external business commercial events. Comply with company and SASSMAQ regulations regarding Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality.
