Focus on problem resolution and student experience **Concierge** The Concierge is a key player in ensuring an excellent journey for our students, providing both in-person and online support. **Responsibilities:** * Receptive support, both in-person and online; * Recording of support interactions; * Delivery of KPIs according to operational requirements; * Addressing customer needs using available systems; * Responding to requests promptly and effectively, always aiming to deliver the best possible customer experience; * Promoting maximum satisfaction through specialized support; * Conducting video calls with students when necessary to explain or demonstrate the platform. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite); * Prior experience in customer service; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to interpret written text effectively; * Analytical and communicative mindset; * Ability to work collaboratively in team environments with goals and deadlines; * Proficiency in customer support systems and incident management tools; * Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining composure in challenging situations; * Empathy and patience when interacting with diverse customer profiles; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity, willingness to learn, and commitment to personal development. **Desirable:** * Coursework or experience in Customer Experience (CX) and/or Customer Success (CS). **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Swile (meal and transportation vouchers) * Childcare allowance * Gympass * English language course
