We are hiring an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Registering and entering data into SAP (purchase orders, contracts, and invoices) * Controlling and tracking approvals and payments * Managing documents and sending them to internal departments (HR/Finance) * Monitoring fines, declarations, and vehicle identification * Updating spreadsheets and generating reports * Monitoring consumptions (water, electricity, fuel) * Managing fuel refills and cost allocation * Supporting procurement activities (quotations, purchase orders, and delivery tracking) * Managing mail (sending, pickups, and tracking) * Fleet and vehicle contract management * Office organization and supplier reception * Apprenticeship trainee supervision **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience in administrative routines * Driver's license (preferred but not mandatory) **Benefits:** · VA: R$ 900.00 · Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:48 **Neighborhood: Água Verde** Salary: R$2\.141,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
