Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide courteous, personalized, and efficient service, ensuring customers feel welcome and satisfied with their experience. Requirements: * Prior experience: Previous reception experience; knowledge of brands and music culture is a plus. * Interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal communication, ability to adapt quickly, always striving to overcome challenges.
