Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle customer service, prospecting, and industrial client portfolio management, ensuring customer satisfaction and generating new business opportunities. Manage industrial client portfolio to ensure retention We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in Curitiba/PR to join a company distributing and manufacturing rubber parts and industrial sealing solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct proactive and reactive phone-based customer interactions, providing technical support and clarifications. * Prospect new clients, and prepare, negotiate, and follow up on commercial proposals and sales quotations. * Process and monitor sales orders, performing follow-up to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. * Manage the industrial client portfolio with focus on relationship building, retention, and identification of new business opportunities. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience in inside sales. * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * Experience selling sealing products, machining components, or industrial solutions is considered a plus. **Compensation:** * Salary to be negotiated * Commission on sales (2.5% on factory items and 1.7% on resale items. (3\.000 to 7\.000\) * Meal allowance: BRL 430.00 per month * Food voucher: BRL 20.00 per day **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
