Job Summary:
The Construction Administrative Assistant will support administrative routines at the construction site, managing invoices, entering data into systems, organizing spreadsheets, and collaborating with the warehouse and HR.

The **Construction Administrative Assistant** will be responsible for supporting administrative routines at the construction site, including invoice control and registration, system data entry, and spreadsheet-based information organization. They will collaborate with the warehouse to manage material inflows and outflows, and provide administrative support to HR functions on-site. The candidate must be familiar with civil construction materials and possess strong organizational skills to ensure accurate recordkeeping and efficient process execution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Enter invoices into the system, ensuring correct classification and registration;
* Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets (intermediate level) for tracking materials and services;
* Support the warehouse in receiving, inspecting, and organizing construction materials;
* Provide administrative support for on-site HR routines, such as document organization and attendance recordkeeping;
* Maintain up-to-date and well-organized physical and digital files;
* Assist the construction team with various administrative requests;
* Interface with suppliers and freight carriers for material delivery and receipt;
* Collaborate with the construction team to meet deadlines and maintain site organization.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (technical training or additional qualification in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred);
* Prior experience in warehouse operations at civil construction sites;
* Knowledge of employee attendance tracking procedures; invoice entry; and basic administrative routines;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel);
* Strong organizational skills, proactivity, responsibility, and interpersonal communication abilities;
* Familiarity with the Sienge system will be considered a plus.
