Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Assistant to support departmental routines, collaborating in organizing information and tracking tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Support the preparation of technical documentation and process mapping **Since 1995, Plotter Racks has been developing solutions for commercial and industrial refrigeration, operating in Brazil and several countries across Latin America.** To join our team, we seek a Process Assistant to support departmental routines, collaborating in organizing information, tracking tasks, and assisting with activities. **Responsibilities:** a) Assist in the development and implementation of production lines; b) Assist in layout improvement and approval; c) Collect data to develop indicators impacting productive capacity within your scope (OEE control development); d) Assist in conducting production capacity studies, optimizing production, eliminating bottlenecks, and developing value stream maps; e) Pursue continuous improvement and rationalize processes; f) Assist in creating poka-yoke; g) Assist in developing methods for equipment and mapping processes (Lean manufacturing, A3, Kanban, value stream mapping, FMEA, process flowcharts, organizational charts, control plans, and ITs); h) Assist in process parameterization; i) Time and analyze cyclic and acyclic manufacturing cycle times, record and analyze value and lead time for all processes; j) Assist in preparing technical documentation such as: SAP manufacturing routings, work instructions, machine adjustment plans, reaction plans, and respective technical documentation for the production process; k) Assist in developing tests and trials, reports, and documentation related to validation of new products and/or production issues, reporting results to the organization; l) Provide daily production support and support to process specialists, covering all matters related to your production process; m) Assist in developing replacement parts and devices for quality control; n) Monitor the fabrication and improvement of tools and facilities for the production area; o) Prepare quality documents (PDCA cycle, 5W2H, 8D, Pareto chart, Kaizen, SPC, Cpk, PQP, MSA, CEP, PPAP). **Requirements:** a) Completed high school education; b) Experience using tools such as drills and sanders; c) Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
