Your primary focus will be supporting technical and operational areas, contributing to process improvements, test support, and productive infrastructure organization. * Provide technical support to production operations, assisting in analyzing and resolving product and process issues; * Contribute to organizing and improving the infrastructure of the Payment Terminal (POS) repair operation, including support for productive layout adjustments and process flow; * Monitor operational indicators and generate reports; * Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying daily opportunities and suggesting operational improvements; * Participate in product and electronic board testing, supporting technical teams and collecting data for analysis; * Support coordination among Positivo Tecnologia’s other production units, helping align engineering and operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Experience with continuous improvement and production lines; * Prior experience managing medium- to large-scale operational teams; * Experience in a production/industrial environment (production lines, manufacturing, or operations); * Experience working with operational performance indicators (KPIs).
