Job Summary: This Supply Analyst/Purchaser will research, select, and negotiate with suppliers; manage purchase orders; control inventory; and evaluate supplier performance. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and attention to detail in supply management **Role: Supply Analyst / Purchaser** **Responsibilities:** \- Research and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines; \- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules; \- Issue purchase orders and track status until final delivery; \- Assist in inventory control and material replenishment; \- Organize documents such as purchase orders, contracts, and invoices; \- Evaluate supplier performance. **Requirements:** \- Completed bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Experience in industrial procurement; \- Strong communication and negotiation skills; \- Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven (mandatory), and proactive; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel); \- Experience with import quotations and familiarity with invoice entry processes; \- Ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Salary:** \- R$ 3\.500,00 to R$ 4\.500,00 (negotiable based on experience and seniority) **Benefits:** \- Dental insurance \- Company-provided mobile phone \- Free parking \- Life insurance \- Meal allowance \- Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy \- Birthday day off **Bachelor's degree required: MANDATORY** **Work mode: On-site** **Employment type: CLT** **Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break)** **Work location: Mossunguê neighborhood, Curitiba \- PR** **Preference for candidates residing in Curitiba with easy access to the company’s area (Mossunguê neighborhood).
