Supporting suppliers and internal departments **Purchasing Analyst\- 1252** We are seeking a **Purchasing Analyst** to join a stable company located in Curitiba/PR. We are looking for an organized, communicative professional with strong negotiation skills, capable of independently and responsibly managing procurement processes. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and contact suppliers via phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; * Procure office supplies, consumables, and services after budget approval; * Negotiate delivery timelines, terms, and payment methods; * Control and maintain the company's asset register up to date; * Provide support to suppliers and internal departments whenever necessary; * Manage incoming and outgoing materials to ensure proper inventory organization and restocking. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration or related fields); * Prior experience in procurement and negotiation activities; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, with strong Excel skills; * Personal vehicle required for external tasks (with mileage reimbursement). **Compensation:** * **Salary: R$ 2\.550,00** * Meal Allowance * Fuel Allowance (fixed amount) * Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel * Health Insurance (100% employer-paid for the employee after probation period) * Dental Insurance (available after probation period) * Life Insurance * And more **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Location: Curitiba/PR * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM \| Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
