Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchaser to join a multidisciplinary engineering company, managing the full acquisition process for civil construction and urban sanitation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the entire procurement process for civil construction projects. 2. Develop and qualify suppliers, optimizing purchasing processes. 3. Seek cost reduction and strategic negotiations within the sector. We are looking for a Purchaser to work at a multidisciplinary engineering company, recognized for its innovative solutions and strong performance in urban sanitation projects, located in Curitiba/PR. Main Responsibilities: \* Receive purchase requests and manage the entire process: quotation, proposal analysis, price negotiation, supplier selection, and finalization of acquisitions for services, products, raw materials, and equipment for civil construction projects. \* Monitor delivery schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and aligned with project requirements. \* Develop and qualify new suppliers, while maintaining relationships and negotiating with existing registered suppliers. \* Supervise and optimize purchasing processes, acting as the liaison among internal requesters, suppliers, and site supervisors. \* Record purchases in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy for the finance department and other areas. \* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and strategic negotiations, especially in the civil construction and sanitation sectors. Requirements: \* Proven experience in procurement within the civil construction sector. \* Knowledge of procurement ERP systems (Obra Prima or similar). \* Familiarity with Power BI is considered an advantage. \* Experience in procurement for the sanitation sector is an advantage.
