PHARMACIST – TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY (TR)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacist Technical Responsible Officer to ensure legal and sanitary compliance, interact with regulatory agencies, and collaborate internally. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as the Technical Responsible Officer before regulatory agencies 2. Ensuring compliance with current sanitary legislation 3. Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and procedures We are looking for a **Pharmacist to serve as the Technical Responsible Officer**, ensuring compliance with legal, sanitary, and regulatory requirements of the company before competent authorities. **Main Responsibilities** * Act as the Technical Responsible Officer before regulatory agencies (ANVISA, Sanitary Surveillance, Regional Council of Pharmacy); * Ensure compliance with current sanitary legislation; * Monitor and maintain licenses, permits, and legal authorizations; * Develop, review, and implement SOPs, manuals, and procedures; * Support sanitary audits, inspections, and oversight activities; * Interface with internal departments (Quality, Logistics, Commercial); * Train and guide employees on Good Practices. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF); * Availability to assume Technical Responsibility; * Knowledge of current sanitary legislation; * Ethical, organized, and proactive profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Technical Responsible Officer; * Experience in distribution companies, pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, or health products; * Knowledge of Good Practices and regulatory systems.
