We seek an organized, proactive, and highly analytical professional to join our Supply Chain team. **Main Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead strategic procurement processes (materials, supplies, and services). * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and quality. * Issue and track purchase orders in the ERP system. * Interface with internal departments (production, finance, maintenance) to align procurement requirements. * Support the procurement department across various tasks — from supplier research to order tracking and inventory control — contributing to procurement efficiency and ensuring the company receives necessary products at the right time and under optimal conditions. * Identify and evaluate new suppliers, selecting those offering the best conditions (price, quality, delivery lead time). * Assist in negotiating pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers. * Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders, verifying delivery status and ensuring adherence to agreed timelines. * Assist in inventory control, identifying purchasing needs and monitoring stock levels to prevent stockouts. * Organize and maintain up-to-date procurement-related documents (purchase orders, invoices, contracts). * Monitor supplier performance, evaluating product quality, delivery punctuality, and service responsiveness. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (a plus). * Prior experience in procurement/buying roles. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (control spreadsheets). * ERP system knowledge. * Experience in the \[Company’s specific industry segment]. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Meal allowance. * Transportation allowance and parking. * Healthy and positive work environment.
