Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing materials, medications, and supplies, while managing inventory levels and expiration dates. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and store materials, medications, and supplies in compliance with regulations 2. Control and organize inventory, ensuring proper identification and preservation 3. Monitor inventory levels and manage expiration dates * Receive, inspect, and store materials, medications, medical supplies, and other related items, ensuring compliance with purchase requests and invoices; * Perform inventory control and organization, ensuring accurate identification, preservation, and storage of materials; * Record product receipts and withdrawals in the system, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring item traceability; * Pick and distribute materials to various departments within the clinic, responding promptly and accurately to internal requests; * Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs, supporting uninterrupted operations; * Participate in periodic inventory counts, verifications, and stock audits; * Monitor expiration dates of materials and medications, identifying items nearing expiry and implementing necessary actions; * Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety, adhering to internal standards and procedures; * Assist in monitoring area performance indicators, preparing reports and supporting analyses related to inventory movement; * Collaborate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Clinical Support departments to ensure adequate supply to all areas; * Supervise supplier deliveries, verifying quantities, specifications, and condition of delivered materials; * Contribute to continuous improvement of storage, control, and distribution processes to enhance efficiency and reduce losses.
