Responsibilities and Duties:
* Supervise all stages of the construction project, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and technical specifications.
* Manage work teams, including hiring and training professionals, assigning tasks, and monitoring individual and collective performance.
* Control the project budget, monitoring expenditures and seeking alternatives to minimize costs and optimize resources.
* Negotiate with suppliers and partners to obtain optimal purchasing conditions and ensure material and service quality.
* Conduct technical supervision of construction works, verifying project execution and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Prepare construction progress reports, presenting information on status, deadlines, and issues encountered, proposing solutions.
* Monitor and control licensing and regularization processes for construction works, ensuring compliance with legal and environmental requirements.
* Manage service contracts, evaluating contractor performance and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
* Maintain positive client relationships, striving to understand their needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Participate in meetings and presentations, representing the company and sharing updates on ongoing projects.
