Advanced knowledge of Vtex and experience in e-commerce team management JOB MISSION: Manage activities and processes related to the company's e-commerce sales operations, ensuring healthy achievement of commercial goals and objectives, as well as supervision of professionals involved in the process. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate online channel commercial activities, ensuring achievement of sales targets, optimization of customer experience, and execution of commercial strategies that enhance the company's presence and competitiveness in the digital market. This professional will be responsible for supervising the online sales team, performance analysis, and optimization of e-commerce commercial operations. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
