If you are passionate about technology, skilled in sales, and knowledgeable about mobile phone and IT maintenance, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person customer service at the counter, identifying needs and offering solutions * Conduct sales of products and technical services (maintenance, accessories, upgrades, etc.) * Engage in online sales (WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce) * Respond to customers promptly with a focus on conversion * Assist in basic triage and diagnosis of devices (mobile phones and IT equipment) * Organize orders and track online sales through delivery * Maintain an organized and sales-attractive workplace **Requirements:** * Experience in in-person and online sales * Basic/intermediate knowledge of mobile phone and IT maintenance * Strong communication skills and negotiation ability * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile * Proficiency with technology and digital tools (WhatsApp, marketplaces, etc.) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in technical support * Experience with e-commerce and online sales platforms * Familiarity with digital marketing and social media **We Offer:** * Fixed salary + attractive commission * Opportunity for growth * Dynamic environment focused on results **We seek someone who not only serves customers but also sells strategically, builds customer relationships, and helps boost our e-commerce.** Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
