If you possess strategic vision, strong management acumen, and passion for meaningful content—you are who we’re looking for. **Responsibilities and Duties** **A day in the life of this professional:** * Lead the team with focus on developing new products and consistently delivering ongoing projects with excellence; * Strategically develop the area, generating new opportunities for both business growth and team members’ professional development; * Guide the team in building integrated solutions, intelligently and meaningfully connecting online and offline channels; * Keep leadership informed, providing visibility into processes, people, and initiatives driving area growth; * Direct technical teams during project execution, ensuring fluency, clarity, and quality in deliverables; * Structure and evolve practices to make content and project management and completion more efficient; * Ensure cross-departmental alignment, monitoring deadlines, anticipating risks, and resolving critical issues; * Guarantee product quality and performance, maintaining RPC/Globo standards and disseminating best practices across the team; * Develop the team with attention to culture and collaboration, strengthening alignment with GRPCOM’s core pillars and encouraging new ideas and partnerships; * Build communication strategies for products based on data, analyses, and insights from diverse sources; * Support onboarding of new team members, ensuring a structured and welcoming integration; * Develop talent and prepare successors, contributing to a continuously growing and collaborative environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Communication-related fields such as Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related disciplines.
