Job Summary: Infrastructure Analyst responsible for monitoring, network administration, incident response, and supplier management to ensure availability and security. Key Highlights: 1. We are considered the 7th largest pharmacy chain in the country (ABRAFARMA 2022\), transforming the lives of thousands of people every day by offering quality products that promote well\-being and health for our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor network and server environments using tools such as Zabbix; * Collaborate with the NOC, focusing on service availability and performance; * Open and track trouble tickets with telecommunications carriers; * Administer and configure network equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi antennas; * Respond to incidents and propose mitigation and prevention actions; * Document network topologies and technical procedures; * Manage contracts and relationships with link and infrastructure-related service providers; * Participate in IT infrastructure improvement and expansion projects; * Ensure implementation of network security best practices. **Requirements:** * Experience with networks (LAN/WAN), routing, VLANs, and VPN; * Practical knowledge of Zabbix or other monitoring tools; * Experience with firewalls; * Experience in NOC environments and support for critical infrastructure; * Ability to analyze logs and perform troubleshooting; * Knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, DNS, and DHCP.
