This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to grow in the real estate development field and gain exposure to different stages of a development project's lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in gathering required documents for project approvals and registrations; * Monitor processes with municipal governments, public agencies, and notary offices; * Support the preparation of contracts, protocols, and technical dossiers; * Assist in organizing development project files and tracking deadlines; * Support coordination between internal departments (engineering, legal, sales) and external entities (notary offices, environmental agencies, municipal governments, utility providers). **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities; * Prior experience in a real estate development company, notary office, or administrative role related to real estate is desirable (a plus). **We offer:** * A learning and development-oriented work environment; * Opportunities for growth in real estate development and legalization; Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Selection question(s): * What is your expected salary?
