We welcome your application! ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Daily determination of confectionery production volumes based on quantity and variety of displayed products; * Guide, lead, and/or execute general confectionery production (cakes, sweets, pies, cookies, etc.), including preparation of doughs, fillings, syrups, and toppings, ensuring excellence in quality and consumer presentation. * Monitor product conditions within the department displayed to the public, checking expiration dates, packaging appearance, and correct pricing; * Ensure safety during departmental production by overseeing proper use of PPE, equipment, and utensils used by pastry chefs and assistants; * Periodically analyze pastry department performance and prepare reports for management review; * Generally manage personnel; ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Completed high school education; * Serve customers according to company-specified service standards; * Follow operational procedures required for the position; * Regular attendance and punctuality; * Leadership ability; * Team spirit; * Initiative; * Prior experience in this role is considered an advantage.
