Job Summary: Analyst role focused on technical document analysis for public tenders, providing technical support to internal teams and external bodies. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous pursuit of technical knowledge and solutions Job Responsibilities: The Curitiba/PR branch has an open position for a Technical Support Advisor to perform technical document analysis of public tender notices, where: * Analyze daily documents and product specifications to meet technical requirements of tender notices; * Identify supplementary requirements related to tender specifications, such as deadlines, accessories, installations, certificates, etc.; * Clarify and resolve technical questions with issuing authorities / Public Administration regarding the tender to minimize uncertainties; * Tabulate product technical specifications and provide technical support for tender progress based on tabulated analysis to relevant internal departments; * Conduct technical follow-up in case of homologations; * Provide technical support to commercial and after-sales teams upon request; * Provide technical assistance to the legal team for challenging, defending, or filing appeals related to tenders; * Technically defend the analysis versus non-qualified products; * Seek knowledge to understand technical requirements, thereby clarifying doubts or specifying requirements; * Identify complementary solutions such as management software among possible requirements correlated with the products.
