Technical reference for junior-level staff **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a Senior Process Analyst to conduct analysis, mapping, and optimization of organizational processes. The professional will have moderate autonomy to propose and implement improvements, contributing to operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement of workflows. They will also support process governance and serve as a technical reference for more junior staff. Responsibilities: - Analyze existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities - Map end-to-end processes using BPMN and BPM methodologies - Conduct interviews and workshops with business areas - Develop and review flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions - Propose and support implementation of process improvements - Ensure updates to the process repository and document governance - Provide technical support to junior analysts - Prepare reports, presentations, and process metrics **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, Process Management, or related fields * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in process mapping, analysis, and improvement * Solid knowledge of BPM and BPMN notation * Experience in end-to-end process mapping and modeling * Ability to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities * Experience developing flowcharts, procedures, and process documentation * Experience conducting interviews and meetings with business areas * Knowledge of process performance indicator analysis **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi) * Certification or training in BPMN or Business Process Management (BPM) * Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma (White or Yellow Belt) * Experience analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) * Experience in continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects * Experience in process governance and document standardization **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- * On-site meal allowance. * Transportation voucher (VT). * Dedicated parking. * Pharmacy benefit plan available after 3 months of employment, with payroll deduction. * Health insurance plan available after 6 months of employment. * Dental insurance plan. * Life insurance. * Education incentive partnerships offering special discounts. * Additional partnerships and benefits: * Liga (Copel) — Special internet package. * Sesc — Access to benefits and activities. * Birthday day off. * Employment model: CLT, on-site. **Work Location:** ---------------------- FERRAGENS NEGRAO COMERCIAL LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 08:12 / 12:00 / 13:00 / 18:00, Monday to Friday (ON-SITE)
