Ability to handle high-volume workloads and multiple service channels. Ability to work under pressure and manage high customer traffic. Clear, welcoming, and professional communication. Basic knowledge of health insurance plans and coverage rules. Basic knowledge of the most frequently requested medical tests. Familiarity with major healthcare providers and their accreditation rules. Technical knowledge of health insurance routines and customer service. Ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct. Organization, attention to detail, and care for documents and sensitive data. Patience, empathy, and a collaborative attitude. Experience in customer service. COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Computer literacy Minimum desirable experience: 6 months in telephone or in-person customer service.
