Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing interior and exterior painting services, preparing surfaces, and applying paints in accordance with quality and safety standards. Focus on finishing quality and safety **In this position, you will be responsible for:** * Executing interior and exterior painting services on construction sites; * Preparing surfaces: sanding, corrections, application of filler and sealer; * Applying paints, varnishes, enamels, and other coatings according to technical instructions; * Ensuring finishing quality and adherence to project-defined standards; * Using tools, equipment, and PPE correctly; * Keeping the workplace organized and clean; * Complying with occupational safety regulations and site procedures; * Reporting any irregularities or need for adjustments to the supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed elementary education; * Proven experience as a construction painter; * Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing; * Attention to detail and quality awareness; * Commitment to deadlines and routines. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment type:** CLT **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Fridays until 4:30 PM.
