Job Summary: Hospital Erasto Gaertner is seeking a Pharmacist to supervise technical activities, control psychotropic and narcotic medications, validate prescriptions, and promote pharmaceutical care. Pharmaceutical care and clinical pharmacy Hospital Erasto Gaertner is hiring: **\- PHARMACIST \-** Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide the activities of Pharmacy Technicians across all units; * Perform daily control of dispensed psychotropic medications; * Maintain an updated record of narcotic and psychotropic medication dispensing; * Analyze and validate medical prescriptions prior to dispensing, identifying potential drug interactions and incompatibilities, and advising the clinical staff as needed; * Carry out pharmaceutical care, clinical pharmacy, and pharmacoeconomics activities according to institutional protocols; * Prepare and distribute monthly internal team activity schedules; * Participate in the development, review, and updating of departmental standards, routines, and operational procedures; * Conduct inventory checks upon request from Coordination; * Resolve departmental issues within one's technical competence; * Advise staff and nursing teams on proper medication use (dosage, route, preparation, storage, and administration); * Establish technical standards related to reconstitution, dilution, stability, routes, and administration times of medications; * Monitor physical and system-based inventories, ensuring traceability of supplies and medications; * Monitor team schedule adherence and working hours; * Promote a productive work environment focused on engagement and reduced absenteeism; * Conduct ongoing training and capacity-building for the team, encouraging continuous education; * Comply with safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE); * Adhere to the Code of Ethics and applicable legislation governing the practice of pharmacy. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Relevant experience, preferably in **hospital pharmacy** (Minimum of **1 year**) **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance of BRL 738.00 (Alelo); * On-site meals at affordable prices; * Health insurance (40% employer subsidy with co-payment), dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass; * Childcare assistance. * Auster (free online psychological and nutritional support); Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 4,300.00 – BRL 4,600.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare assistance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
