Senior Logistics Analyst

Description

Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze inventories of raw materials, packaging, and finished products, ensuring accuracy between Prodiet's internal stock balances and external logistics partners; * Oversee warehouse and weighing area processes, ensuring correct material receiving addressing, as well as organization, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency; * Plan, execute, and monitor cyclic and annual factory inventories, ensuring stock information reliability; * Ensure proper storage, organization, identification, and traceability of materials and products in compliance with food quality and safety standards; * Monitor material movements and stock balances in the Protheus system, ensuring accuracy of receiving, weighing, finished product entries, and taking corrective actions when necessary; * Develop and implement controls, methodologies, and continuous improvement projects aimed at preventing failures and optimizing logistics and weighing processes, ensuring correct material segregation and blending, Protheus data accuracy, and increased operational efficiency, interfacing with IT and Production departments; * Continuously seek operational process improvements from internal logistics service providers, such as: warehouse optimization, cargo unitization, reduction of loading damages, among others, aiming to reduce costs and increase efficiency across the order lifecycle; * Promote and reinforce adherence to safety, quality, and food safety procedures during operational activities by providing guidance, monitoring, and interventions whenever necessary; * Ensure, jointly with Warehouse, Production, IT, and logistics providers, the accuracy, traceability, and efficiency of material operational and systemic flows—from receipt through to finished product dispatch—through monitoring of entries, indicator development, reporting, procedure documentation, and operational improvements; * Daily monitoring of storage conditions for raw materials, packaging, and finished products, ensuring organization, identification, cleanliness, and compliance with Quality standards, as well as recording and tracking immediate correction of identified deviations; * Understand Prodiet’s Quality and Food Safety Objectives and Policy, and assess the impact of daily activities on the quality and safety of our products. Requirements: - Microsoft Office – Advanced; * Experience: More than 6 years as an Analyst; * Solid experience in defining and analyzing metrics applicable to inventory management; * Proficiency in all warehouse operation processes; * Desired knowledge of Power BI dashboard development; * Strong analytical capability; * Experience with Lean Manufacturing; * Experience in team management; * Lead material flow optimization projects; * Desired postgraduate degree in Logistics or related fields.
