Here, we value innovation, responsibility, quality, and results orientation—and seek professionals eager to build alongside us. **\- Key Responsibilities** * Manage and evolve proprietary e-commerce and marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, among others). * Analyze KPIs: revenue, margin, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, average order value, repeat purchase rate, and channel profitability. * Build and monitor management dashboards and reports. * Manage commercial calendars, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies. * Interface with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure end-to-end integration. * Support decisions regarding product mix, inventory, commercial policy, and shipping. * Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and improved customer experience. * Structure and continuously improve digital processes. **\- What We’re Looking For** * Solid experience in e-commerce (proprietary and marketplaces). * Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. * Experience with digital performance KPIs and e-commerce P\&L. * Knowledge of pricing, margins, and logistics costs. * Organized, critical, hands-on, and results-oriented profile. * Assertive communication and cross-functional collaboration ability. **\- Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in manufacturing or B2B companies with B2C operations. * Familiarity with ERP systems, marketplace hubs, and integrations. * Experience with BI tools, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms. * Participation in digital structuring or scaling projects. **\- What We Offer** * Opportunity to work at a stable, growing company with room for leadership. * Collaborative environment with autonomy and strategic challenges. * Direct impact on the company’s digital results. * Market-competitive compensation \+ benefits. \- Interested candidates should send their resumes to: tiphani@koube.com.br Email subject: Position: Senior E\-commerce Analyst Join us in building Koube’s digital future.
