Opportunity for growth within the team About the Position: We are seeking an organized and agile professional to work as a Packer and Order Operator. This professional will be responsible for picking, verifying, packaging, and dispatching orders sold through marketplaces such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, and logistics carriers like Loggi. Main Responsibilities: Picking products according to orders placed on platforms; Verifying items, quantities, and conditions before shipment; Properly packaging products to ensure safe transportation; Generating shipping labels and organizing orders for pickup/shipping; Monitoring shipping deadlines per platform requirements; Keeping the work area organized and clean; Assisting with inventory control when necessary; Ensuring speed and accuracy in the shipping process. Requirements: Experience in order picking, inventory, or shipping; Agility and attention to detail; Organization and responsibility; Ability to work effectively with goals and deadlines; Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with marketplace platforms; Experience with Mercado Livre, Shopee, or carrier logistics.
