Team management and performance indicator monitoring. **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Coordinate sorting, verification, and vehicle loading activities in the dispatch area. Coordinate unloading activities. Audit storage in the receiving area. Comply with HSE and Quality standards and procedures. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed High School education; * Bachelor's degree preferred; * Logistics domain knowledge; * Experience in team management. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** * Continuously verify PPE usage and safety conditions; * Ensure implementation of safety (HSE) and quality concepts and regulations; * Assign tasks to assistants and operators, evaluating productivity; * Coordinate loading and unloading operations; * Provide support during loading, assessing vehicle conditions and guiding drivers; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and order, and conduct safety briefings; * Report accidents and incidents per safety procedures; * Monitor sorting and verification flow, and assess optimal vehicle loading methods; * Guide team on customer-specific standards; * Ensure daily execution of processes; * Actively participate in inventory activities; * Coordinate inventory/receiving and loading of empty pallets, packaging materials, and other supplies; * Monitor support area activities; * Administer shipments according to priorities and complexity; * Plan leave and vacation schedules, monitor working hour banks, and manage HR data via electronic systems; * Coordinate continuous improvement of activities and functional interface among team members in the department; * Conduct staff performance evaluations, analyzing criteria and objectives to be achieved; * Maintain the work area, reporting any damage or incident to responsible departments to ensure safe working conditions for employees; * Interact and ensure employee participation in DHL programs; * Monitor customer KPIs together with the Quality department; * Monitor Performance Indicators – OMS; * Conduct PD and PC meetings with employees and operations. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
