Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for interpreting technical drawings, preparing equipment, performing manufacturing operations, conducting inspections, and carrying out basic maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Performing manufacturing operations and quality control. 2. Maintaining equipment and operational procedures. 3. Interpreting technical drawings and metrology. Responsibilities: Interpret mechanical technical drawings and production orders. Prepare machines, tools, and fixtures for service execution. Perform equipment setup according to operational procedures. Carry out manufacturing operations following leadership instructions. Verify part dimensions using measuring instruments. Identify and record non-conformities during the production process. Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of produced parts. Sort, identify, and handle materials according to internal procedures. Perform Level 1 maintenance and autonomous maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, and basic inspections). Requirements: Completed high school education. Metrology and measuring instruments. Reading and interpretation of technical drawings. Preferred: Knowledge of metallurgical processes and manufacturing workflows.
