Daily responsibilities include managing the company’s entire logistics process—from careful picking and packaging of various promotional items to freight quotation and invoice issuance. The professional will ensure goods are dispatched with full security and accuracy, collaborating directly with production and customer service teams to guarantee delivery within stipulated deadlines. This is a part-time position requiring on-site work. **Qualifications** * **Logistics and Shipping:** Experience in operational routines, including order picking, product packaging, and shipment management (freight carriers and Correios). * **Billing and Systems:** Practical knowledge of electronic invoice (NF-e) issuance and dispatch data entry. Familiarity with management systems (ERPs) for tracking logistics flow. * **Organization and Control:** Meticulous attention to detail during order verification (ranging from individual items to large volumes), inventory control of packaging supplies, and commitment to departmental organization. * Desired: Ability to quickly resolve shipping-related issues and strong teamwork skills focused on achieving goals. * Residing in Pinhais or nearby areas will be considered an advantage.
