Job Summary: Operates fleet vehicles safely, performs regular inspections, maintains accurate records, optimizes yard space, and acts responsibly in traffic. Key Highlights: 1. Act responsibly in adverse traffic situations **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate company fleet vehicles safely and efficiently; * Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition; * Maintain accurate records of mileage, maintenance, and repairs performed on vehicles; * Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations during driving operations; * Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to supervision; * Organize the yard to optimize physical space. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Driver's License Category D (mandatory); * Prior experience as a driver or fleet operator; * Ability to remain calm and act responsibly in adverse traffic situations; * Good communication and problem-solving skills. **Desirable Requirements (advantage):** * Knowledge of fleet management and vehicle tracking systems; * Basic English; * Courses in vehicle safety or defensive driving. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary \+ variable bonus based on goal achievement; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy \- no deduction; * Meal/food allowance: R$30.00 per day, no deduction; * Health insurance plan; * Totalpass.
