If you identify with our Positive way of being, **submit your resume and apply for this position!** THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO PEOPLE WITH OR WITHOUT DISABILITIES **Responsibilities and Duties** **How you will contribute to our team:** * Issuing invoices (sales billing, industrialization, warehousing, etc.); * Receiving invoices for inputs, third parties, freight, and other services; * Assisting with registration of taxes, customers, and suppliers; * Registering and managing the National Immune Paper System (Recopi); * Managing customer industrialization processes; * Internal controls and other tasks related to the invoice center. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Experience in billing and invoice entry; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes; * Availability to work the first shift (6:30 AM to 2:40 PM) on a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday). **It would be a plus if you have:** * ERP system user experience; industrial experience is a plus. **Additional Information** **Why work here?
