We value leadership, human development, and modern solutions (BIM and ESG), always prioritizing safety, quality, and deadlines—without bureaucracy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Thoroughly analyze project requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization; * Develop technical and budgetary proposals aligned with client needs and company guidelines; * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integration and efficient service delivery; * Monitor project execution, tracking deadlines, costs, and performance indicators; * Act as liaison between the technical team and clients, maintaining effective and proactive communication.
