**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide in-person service to teachers, students, and the general public;
* Open and close classrooms and spaces within the building;
* Assist with document printing and scanning;
* Receive and deliver documents;
* Perform maintenance checklists (classrooms, laboratories, and building);
* Support teachers and students in equipment delivery;
* Conduct classroom equipment checklists;
* Manage keys for the building and its spaces;
* Control access to classrooms and laboratories;
* Provide logistical support for events and furniture transportation when necessary.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Experience in customer service;
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
**Nice-to-have knowledge:**
* Experience in educational institutions.

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is based on multiple factors. If the value has already been defined for this position, it will be communicated during the selection process.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 5:24 PM; Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM
