Requirements * Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, and customer prospecting; * Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets; * Proactivity, positive attitude, and full focus on customer service. Responsibilities * **Sales funnel management:** Organize and prioritize leads with the highest potential, developing strategies for each stage; * **Lead engagement:** Customer contact via WhatsApp and phone, providing information, qualifying leads, and scheduling evaluations; * **Post-sales:** Ensure customer satisfaction, promote loyalty, and identify new sales opportunities; * **Target monitoring:** Track results and key performance indicators, adjusting strategies to achieve objectives. Working Hours * **Monday to Friday:** From **10:00 AM to 8:00 PM** (with a 2-hour lunch break); * **Alternate Saturdays:** From **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** (with a 1-hour lunch break).
