Job Summary: Sipal is seeking a Data & Analytics Coordinator to transform data into practical intelligence, supporting strategic and operational decisions across the organization. Key Highlights: 1. Sipal is advancing to the next phase of its digital transformation. Following the Go\-Live of the Sipal \+ Digital program, we seek a Data \& Analytics Coordinator to turn data into practical intelligence, supporting strategic and operational decisions throughout the organization. **Your Challenge:** To be responsible for structuring, consolidating, and evolving the corporate data function, ensuring data governance, information quality, and real business value generation. **Responsibilities:** Lead the Data \& Analytics function with enterprise-wide scope; Ensure data governance, quality, and reliability; Design and evolve KPIs, dashboards, and executive analytics; Act as a bridge between business units and technology; support leadership in data-driven decision-making; Develop and guide the data team (BI, analytics, engineering); Support advanced analytics initiatives and responsible AI adoption. **Requirements:** Proven experience in corporate data, BI, and analytics; Experience in ERP environments and post–Go\-Live contexts; Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams; Analytical, practical, and results-oriented mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in agribusiness, logistics, or complex corporate groups. **Work Location:** Curitiba/PR **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri \- 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM\. **Additional Information:** This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
