We are looking for a **Procurement Intern** to support quotation request processes, as well as tracking and updating cost and supplier information. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue quotation requests for new developments and follow up on responses from suppliers. * Compile and update cost sheets for local products. * Maintain updated internal controls for the department, tracking the progress of RFQs. * Assist in updating dashboards and KPIs related to Procurement processes. * Send technical specifications and granted deviations to third-party suppliers, ensuring alignment of information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * SAP knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate English, with ability to communicate effectively via e\-mail. * Basic Spanish. **Additional Information** * Hybrid work model: balance is key — we operate on a 3 days in-office / 2 days remote schedule; * Meal allowance; * Parking or transportation allowance; * Careshop: as part of the Beiersdorf Group, we offer special discounts on Nivea and Eucerin products! * Gympass.
