This professional will be responsible for developing, organizing, and monitoring all financial and managerial processes of the cooperative, ensuring information reliability, strategic support to the board of directors, and the economic\-financial sustainability of the business. **Main Responsibilities** * **Implement and structure the controller department**, defining processes, policies, indicators, and routines for financial and managerial monitoring. * **Produce detailed financial performance analyses**, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and significant variances in results. * **Collect, organize, and consolidate the cooperative's financial information**, including inflows, outflows, assets, liabilities, and essential KPIs. * **Develop financial scenarios and projections**, considering historical data, seasonality, active contracts, and market expectations. * **Manage the control and planning of financial provisions**, ensuring proper recording of future obligations and accuracy of accounts. * **Continuously monitor the cooperative's financial health**, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, accuracy of entries, and support for strategic decisions. * **Calculate and periodically update the total projected amount receivable over a 12-month horizon**, based on contracts, sales, and projected cash flow. * **Estimate future revenues**, using historical data, operational trends, and performance indicators to guide financial planning. **Desired Profile** * Strong analytical ability and strategic vision; * Proven experience in controller functions, financial planning, or related areas; * Ability to implement or restructure financial departments; * Organizational skills, precision, critical thinking, and ability to communicate results effectively.
