Opportunity to strengthen trust and expand new cases **SDR** Our law firm is expanding and looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to manage customer relationships, qualify new contacts, and follow up with clients who have received legal services. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking our services and also responsible for ensuring a positive experience after legal service delivery. This is not a legal role — it is a commercial and relationship-oriented role focused on service delivery, inbound prospecting, and customer retention. **Responsibilities:** Conduct post-sales activities with already-served clients (follow-up, satisfaction assessment, feedback collection, journey tracking). Make initial contact with potential clients who find our firm via Google, website, WhatsApp, or phone calls. Qualify leads according to internal criteria. Maintain clear, welcoming, and professional communication, adhering to the ethical standards of the legal profession. Support the team in organizing consultation/service appointment schedules. Actively manage customer relationships to strengthen trust and expand opportunities for new cases. **Requirements:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive and organized personality. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey trust. Experience in customer service, sales, SDR, or Customer Success (preferred). Basic proficiency in digital tools and systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in a law firm. Proficiency in Projuris and ChatGuru (Meta) systems.
