Support administrative and operational activities of the department HR PAYROLL ASSISTANT We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Payroll Assistant to join our team at a renowned accounting firm located in Curitiba/PR. \*Key Responsibilities:\* 1\. Perform monthly payroll calculation and preparation, ensuring accuracy in salary amounts, benefits, deductions, and social charges. 2\. Ensure all processes comply with labor, social security, and tax legislation, staying updated on any legislative changes. 3\. Support administrative and operational activities of the department, contributing to process organization and efficiency. 4\. Conduct monthly payroll closing and prepare required reports for accounting. 5\. Monitor and record employee contractual changes, such as hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers. 6\. Reconcile payroll-related accounts and prepare documents for tax and social charge payments. \*Requirements:\* * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll and benefits management. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Proficiency in the DOMÍNIO payroll software. * Advanced Excel skills. * Punctuality and attention to detail. \*Benefits:\* * Salary: To be negotiated. * Meal Allowance: BRL 29.00 per day (Alelo). * Transportation Allowance. * Clinipan Health Plan (after probation period). * Bradesco Dental Plan (after probation period). \*Working Hours:\* Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00\.
