Description

Job Summary: Professional to support various building maintenance tasks, including masonry, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, ensuring proper operation of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Support for maintenance of walls, floors, ceilings, and plumbing 2. Performs repairs on plastering, cladding, and painting 3. Maintenance of doors, furniture, and plumbing installations Support wall, floor, and ceiling (masonry) maintenance; Perform simple repairs on plastering, cladding, and grouting; Assist with painting tasks (interior and exterior), sanding, and application of filler compound; Assist with repairs to gypsum board ceilings, drywall, and partitions; Maintain doors, hinges, locks, and latches; Perform minor carpentry tasks and furniture assembly; Maintain ceramic, vinyl, or cementitious flooring; Preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing installations (faucets, traps, flush valves, shut-off valves, sealing); Assist in unclogging sinks, drains, and toilets; Replace damaged sanitary ware; Replace light bulbs and simple ballasts (if possessing basic electrical knowledge). **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
